Returns policy


You can initiate a return within 7 days after delivery / collection for the following Eligible reasons:

  • We delivered the wrong item, not what you ordered for.
  • Wrong attributes of the item, eg color or specifications
  • The item is broken and doesn’t function as advertised
  • You would like to exchange the item with another item

You can return items due to the above reasons but refunds and exchanges will only be processed if the claim is raised within the stipulated time and if the product is in no way tampered with.

If you have created a password on the device you wish to return, please ensure it is removed, otherwise, your return will be invalid.

How to return:

  1. Speak to a customer care representative who will assist, and initiate the return request.
  2. Drop off the item to the chosen drop-off point
  3. Get your refund for the returned order or exchange with another desired item.

Ensure items are reported within the shortest time possible to facilitate an easy return process
